north-star-propeller-assembly
Scott Aerator North Star Propeller Assembly

This is the replacement propeller assembly for North Star fountain aerators. The propeller is the component that does the actual work of drawing water up through the unit, so a damaged, worn or fouled propeller shows up immediately as a weaker spray and reduced flow. Fitting a new assembly restores the unit rather than replacing it.

Assemblies are offered for every North Star motor size, grouped into three ranges: 1/3 through 1 hp, 1 1/2 hp, and 2 through 3 hp. Each range has its own part, so the correct one has to be selected to match the motor on the aerator being serviced. Checking the motor rating on the unit or on its original paperwork before ordering avoids a mismatch.

Note that this part is specific to the North Star line. Other equipment in the range, including AquaSweep and De-Icer units, DA-20 aerators and Boilermakers, uses its own propellers and is not covered by this assembly.
