MotoTec E-Bully 36v 1000w ATV - Recreational Off-Road Use Only

The MotoTec E-Bully is a four-wheeled electric quad sized for younger riders who are moving past their first ride-on toy and want something that genuinely handles dirt. A waterproof 1000 watt motor answers the twist throttle with real pull, and because the drivetrain is electric there is no fuel to mix, no pull-start and no exhaust noise to manage in the backyard. MotoTec rates it for riders aged 10 and up.

Underneath, the E-Bully is built more like a scaled-down trail machine than a toy. Power reaches the rear axle through a chain drive, sprung suspension works at both ends (a coil front shock and a hydraulic coil rear, both in 55 molybdenum silicon), and large air-filled knobby tires on 14 inch wheels soak up ruts instead of skating over them. Disc brakes front and rear give the rider consistent stopping force, and a parking brake holds the quad still when it is parked on a slope. The handlebars adjust so the cockpit can grow with the rider.

Parents keep the final say on how fast it goes. Out of the box the controller caps the quad at 9 mph, and a parental control setting releases the full 15 mph once the rider has proven they can handle it. A key is required to start, and the drive selector offers forward, neutral and reverse. Three 12 volt 15 amp-hour sealed lead acid batteries carry it 8 to 16 miles per charge depending on rider weight and how rough the terrain is, and the quad will climb a 12 percent grade while staying stable on side slopes up to 25 percent.
