Adventure Motion ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. Please read this policy to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Free Shipping

Adventure Motion offers free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States — no minimum order required and no exceptions. This includes standard shipments as well as oversized and freight-class items. There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on your location and the product ordered.

Tracking Your Order

Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors

Adventure Motion is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Adventure Motion is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses at this time.
