Overview

Adventure Motion offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return, as eligibility conditions and fees apply depending on the reason for return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, installed, or powered on — this includes electric bikes, e-dirt bikes, snow vehicles, power stations, batteries, solar panels, and any other product that has been activated or operated
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components
  • Return requests submitted after the 30-day return window has passed

Restocking Fee

Change-of-mind returns — including but not limited to: no longer wanting the item, ordered the wrong size or model, or found a better price elsewhere — are subject to a 25% restocking fee calculated on the original purchase price of the item. This fee is deducted from your refund at the time of processing.

Returns due to a defective item or an error on our part are not subject to a restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns — items shipped back without prior written approval — will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions within 2–3 business days. Do not ship your item until you have received your RMA.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part (wrong item shipped), Adventure Motion will cover return shipping costs
  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong model ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method with adequate insurance. Adventure Motion is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of inspection and approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • If applicable, the 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total before processing
  • If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the eligibility requirements above, the refund may be partially reduced or denied entirely

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will work to resolve the issue through a replacement, repair referral, or full refund as appropriate. Returns due to damage or defect are not subject to restocking fees or return shipping charges.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Adventure Motion are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and claim procedures vary by brand. Please refer to the documentation included with your product or contact us and we will direct you to the appropriate manufacturer support channel.

Adventure Motion, operated by VC Supply LLC, is an authorized reseller of the brands it carries and facilitates warranty support on behalf of our customers, but does not issue or extend manufacturer warranties directly.
