Overview

Adventure Motion offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, installed, assembled, or powered on
  • items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components
  • Orders where the 30-day return window has passed

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our support team before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns (items sent back without prior approval) will not be accepted.

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions within 2–3 business days.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part (wrong item sent), Adventure Motion will cover return shipping costs 
  • .For all other returns (change of mind, ordered wrong item, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Adventure Motion is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet eligibility requirements, the refund may be partially reduced or denied

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly through a replacement, repair referral, or refund as appropriate.


Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Adventure Motion are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and claim procedures vary by brand. Please refer to the documentation included with your product or contact us and we will help direct you to the appropriate manufacturer support channel.

Adventure Motion, operated by VC Supply LLC, is an independent reseller and does not issue manufacturer warranties on behalf of brands.
