Does shipping cost anything?
No. Adventure Motion offers free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States — no minimum order required. This includes standard items as well as oversized and freight-class products such as e-bikes, rooftop tents, glamping domes, and battery systems. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery takes:
- Standard items: 5–10 business days
- Large or freight-class items: 7–14 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order at adventuremotion.com/apps/track123.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay
- Bank Transfer: ACH Direct Debit or Wire Transfers
- Buy Now, Pay Later: Affirm and Shop Pay Installments (available at checkout on qualifying orders)
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted checkout. We do not store your full card information.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging with all included components. Proof of purchase is required.
Important: items that have been used, assembled, installed, or powered on — including electric bikes, power stations, batteries, and any other activated product — are not eligible for return.
Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee calculated on the original purchase price. Returns due to a defective item or our error are not subject to any restocking fee.

How do I start a return?
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Do not ship items back without prior written approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with your RMA number and return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund has been approved. If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund total before processing.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately with your order number to request a cancellation.
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy once it is delivered. Please do not refuse delivery — refused shipments may result in return shipping costs being deducted from your refund.
Do you offer any discounts for paying with ACH or wire transfer?
Yes — pay by ACH direct debit or wire transfer and save 3% on your order total. Because these payment methods skip credit card processing fees, we pass those savings to you. Contact us at support@adventuremotion.com or +1 (877) 834-4299 to arrange payment and have the discount applied.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Many products sold by Adventure Motion are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and claim procedures vary by brand. Please refer to the documentation included with your product or contact us and we will connect you with the appropriate manufacturer support channel.
Adventure Motion is an authorized reseller for many of the brands we carry and facilitates warranty support on behalf of our customers. We do not issue or extend manufacturer warranties directly.
