How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–10 business days for most items. Large or freight-class items (such as e-bikes and battery systems) may take 7–14 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. If a product has a longer lead time, this will be noted on the product page. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

When will I receive my refund?

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately with your order number to request a cancellation.
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy once it is delivered. Please do not refuse delivery, as this may result in return shipping costs being deducted from your refund.
