2. About Adventure Motion
Adventure Motion is a multi-category outdoor adventure retailer specializing in electric mobility, camping and outdoor equipment, portable power solutions, and related gear. We operate as an authorized reseller of the brands we carry and ship all orders directly to customers within the contiguous United States.
Adventure Motion is a trade name of VC Supply LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with principal place of business at 407 Lincoln Rd, Suite 8N-407, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
3. Authorized Dealer Relationships
Adventure Motion is an authorized dealer and reseller for many of the brands sold on our website, including but not limited to Cyrusher, Renogy, Naturnest, Jackery, Topoak, Pecron, ENVO, Eunorau, Sun-Mar, and Phoenix Domes. Where explicitly stated on a product listing, Adventure Motion carries authorized dealer status with that brand.
For brands where authorized dealer status is not explicitly stated, Adventure Motion operates as an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturer.
4. Product Information & Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all product information is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Product specifications are sourced from manufacturers and suppliers and may be subject to change without notice.
If you receive a product that materially differs from its description, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Adventure Motion reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to a website error, we will contact you before processing and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
Sale prices and promotional discounts are valid only during the stated promotional period.
6. Orders
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are authorized to use the payment method provided. An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Adventure Motion reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
- Errors in product pricing or availability
- Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to supplier or inventory issues
- Repeated returns or policy abuse
If your order is cancelled after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
7. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and ACH Direct Debit. Buy Now, Pay Later options are available through Affirm and Shop Pay Installments.
All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Adventure Motion does not store your full payment card information.
8. Shipping
All orders are shipped within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses. Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Adventure Motion is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or events outside our control.

9. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Items that have been used, assembled, or powered on are not eligible for return. The full policy is available at adventuremotion.com/policies/refund-policy.
10. Cancellations

11. Manufacturer Warranties
Many products sold by Adventure Motion are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, coverage, and claim procedures vary by brand. Adventure Motion will assist customers in connecting with the appropriate manufacturer support channel, but does not issue, extend, or modify manufacturer warranties directly.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on adventuremotion.com — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and website design — is the property of Adventure Motion or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
Product images and brand names remain the property of their respective manufacturers and are used by Adventure Motion under authorized reseller agreements.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adventure Motion and VC Supply LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of our website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication with our support team at support@adventuremotion.com.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Wyoming, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
