Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern payment obligations and billing processes between Adventure Motion ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your").
By accessing our website or purchasing products from adventuremotion.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Pricing
- Currency: All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD)
- Price Changes: Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice
- Taxes and Fees: Prices do not include applicable sales tax or other government-imposed charges unless explicitly stated at checkout

ACH direct debit and wire transfer payments qualify for a 3% discount on the order total. Contact us to arrange payment and have the discount applied before processing.
Buy Now, Pay Later:
- Affirm — split your purchase into monthly payments at checkout
- Shop Pay Installments — pay in 4 interest-free installments
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors. Adventure Motion does not store your full credit card information on our servers.
2.3 Payment Due Date
Payment is due at the time of purchase and must be successfully completed before an order is processed or shipped.
3. Invoicing
- Invoice Issuance: Invoices and order confirmations are generated automatically upon order completion
- Delivery Method: Invoices are delivered electronically via email to the address provided at checkout
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring all billing and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and current
4. Disputed Charges
- Notification Period: Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the transaction date
- How to Submit: Email support@adventuremotion.com with your order number, transaction reference, and a detailed description of the disputed charge
- Resolution: We will investigate and respond to all billing disputes in a timely manner. If a dispute is confirmed, we will issue a correction or refund as appropriate
5. Refunds and Credits
Refunds and credits are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available at adventuremotion.com/policies/refund-policy.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of inspection and approval and are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns as outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.
6. Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.
7. Billing Errors
- Corrections: Any confirmed billing errors will be corrected promptly
- Overcharges: Overcharged amounts will be refunded to the original payment method
- Undercharges: If an undercharge occurs due to a pricing or system error, we reserve the right to invoice for the outstanding balance or cancel the order with a full refund at our discretion
8. Payment Security
- Secure Processing: All payments are processed in compliance with PCI-DSS industry security standards
- Payment Processor: Payments are handled through Shopify's secure checkout infrastructure. We do not store your full credit card information
- SSL Encryption: All transactions are protected using SSL/TLS encryption
9. Changes to Billing Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Billing Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to adventuremotion.com. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adventure Motion and VC Supply LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from billing matters or transactions. Our total liability arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

13. Entire Agreement
These Billing Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Adventure Motion regarding billing matters and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements relating to the same subject matter.
