Cancellation Window

After the Cancellation Window

If more than 24 hours have passed or your order has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, you may return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy once it is delivered.

Order Already Shipped

If your cancellation request is received after the order has been dispatched, the request cannot be honored at that stage. You will need to:

1. Accept delivery of the item
2. Contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of delivery
3. Follow the return process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

• Orders cancelled within the cancellation window and before shipment will receive a full refund to the original payment method
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days
• if the order has already shipped and cannot be cancelled, the return and refund process will apply instead
