We understand that plans change. This policy outlines your options for cancelling an order and what to expect depending on the stage of fulfillment.

Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number and reason for cancellation:

After the Cancellation Window

If more than 24 hours have passed or your order has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, you may return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy once it has been delivered.

Order Already Shipped

If your cancellation request is received after the order has been dispatched, the request cannot be honored at that stage. You will need to:

  1. Accept delivery of the item
  2. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return
  3. Follow the return process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy at adventuremotion.com/policies/refund-policy

Note: change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee as outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

  • Orders cancelled within the 24-hour window and before shipment will receive a full refund to the original payment method
  • Refunds on cancelled orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  • If the order has already shipped and cannot be cancelled, the standard return and refund process will apply instead

Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery of a package does not constitute a valid cancellation and may result in return shipping costs being deducted from your refund. Please contact us before refusing any delivery so we can advise on the best course of action.
