1. Manufacturer's Warranty
All products sold by Adventure Motion are backed by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Coverage details — including duration, terms, and claim procedures — vary by brand and product. Adventure Motion is an authorized reseller of the brands we carry and will assist customers in connecting with the appropriate manufacturer warranty channel. We do not issue or extend manufacturer warranties directly.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives defective or malfunctions under normal use, we will provide a full replacement or 100% refund — no restocking fee applies to defective or damaged items.
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible:
- Inspect the packaging upon delivery. If any external damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt before the carrier leaves
- If you were unable to inspect the package immediately and suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt
- Email photos and/or video of the damage to support@adventuremotion.com along with your order number within 5 business days of delivery
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps for a replacement or refund
3. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The following are generally excluded from warranty coverage:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage resulting from accidents, environmental conditions, or events outside normal use
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Consumable parts or accessories, unless specifically stated in the product documentation

4. Filing a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, email us at support@adventuremotion.com with the following:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos or video of the defect or malfunction, if available
Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and may request additional documentation. If your claim is approved, we will coordinate a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the applicable manufacturer warranty terms.
5. Shipping & Labor
Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer:
- Return shipping costs for warranty evaluation are the customer's responsibility
- If a repair or replacement is approved, outbound shipping of the replacement item will be handled by Adventure Motion at no charge
- Labor, installation, or removal costs are not covered under standard manufacturer warranties
6. Warranty Transferability
Most manufacturer warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Exceptions vary by brand. Please review your product's warranty documentation or contact our support team for clarification on your specific product.
7. Disclaimers & Legal Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adventure Motion disclaims liability for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use a product. This warranty policy represents our obligations as a reseller and does not modify or extend any manufacturer's warranty.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
