Product Description

The MotoTec Raider Kids UTV 48v 1200w Full Suspension is a full-size electric side-by-side scaled for young drivers. A tubular steel frame carries a roll cage safety bar, a seat belt and an adjustable seat, and the cabin was laid out with more leg room than comparable kids UTVs - so a growing rider is not immediately outgrowing the machine.

A 48 volt 1200 watt permanent-magnet brushless motor drives the rear wheels through a shaft, not a chain, which removes the tensioning and lubrication that chain-driven kids machines demand. Four 12v 12ah sealed lead-acid batteries make up the 48v pack, good for 5 to 20 miles of running depending on terrain and driver weight. A forward-neutral-reverse selector handles direction, and three top speed settings of 8, 15 and 23 mph let a parent match the machine to the driver's experience.

Suspension is doubled up at both ends - dual front shocks and dual rear shocks over 15x5.0-6 wheels - so the Raider absorbs rutted trails and yard terrain instead of passing everything through to the seat. Stopping is handled by a foot-operated hydraulic rear disc brake with metal throttle and brake pedals, and the UTV climbs grades up to 15 degrees. Adult supervision and full safety gear, including a helmet, are required whenever it is in use.

MotoTec covers this unit with a 60-day parts-replacement warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. Contact Adventure Motion support with your order number and photos of the issue to start a claim.

Normal wear items such as tires, tubes, brake pads, chains and batteries are not covered, and neither is damage from racing, jumping, collisions, improper assembly, modification, or riding beyond the rated limits.
