MotoTec Titan 200cc 4-Stroke UTV - Recreational Off-Road Use Only

The MotoTec Titan is a full-size two-seat utility vehicle powered by a 200cc four-stroke air-cooled engine. The JL1P63F-2 unit is a brand-spec build fitted with a balancer shaft, which cancels much of the vibration a single-cylinder engine normally sends through the chassis, and it puts out 8.7 kW with peak torque of 12.8 Nm. Drive is through an F-N-R transmission with electric start, so the Titan reverses under its own power rather than being pushed.

Structurally the Titan is built on a CAE-optimized frame using an interlocking tube layout, and MotoTec states it exceeds U.S. ROPS requirements for rollover protection. Suspension is rally-grade at both ends: a double A-arm setup at the front and a universal swing-arm system at the rear, both on hydraulic independent double shocks, giving the vehicle real adjustability across changing terrain. Underneath, a chromoly rear axle with forged flanges runs a 40 mm main shaft, and the driveline uses C&U premium bearings with a KMC 530H reinforced chain.

Stopping is handled by hydraulic disc brakes at all four wheels. The Titan rolls on 22-inch steel rims wrapped in WANDA vacuum tires, 22x7-10 up front and wider 22x10-10 at the rear, with 4.4 inches of ground clearance on a 1656 mm wheelbase. A dual air filtration system protects the engine in dusty conditions, and the 15-litre fuel capacity stretches range to roughly 60 miles of cruising on flat ground. Top speed is 31 mph.

The cockpit is built around a sport seat and an 8-inch LCD dashboard, with LED headlights, turn signals and brake lights. The spec sheet also covers a 2000 lb front winch, side mirrors, Bluetooth speakers and a front windshield. With a 662 lb load rating, a 498 lb dry weight and a recommended rider age of 16 and up, the Titan is aimed at adult and older-teen drivers who need a UTV that works as hard on a property as it does on a trail.
