What is your Return Policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Items that have been powered on, assembled, or installed — including e-bikes, power stations, and batteries — are not eligible for return. Change-of-mind returns are subject to return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of inspection.

Ideal for medium to heavy seasonal demand or light residential use, the Centrex 2000 system supports longer composting cycles and higher waste volumes than the 1000 model. Its expanded evaporating chamber surface area, along with a larger heating element on electric versions, improves evaporation performance.

The Centrex 2000 can be paired with one or more ultra-low-flush toilets (sold separately) and can be converted to an AC/DC configuration with an optional conversion kit.
