The Renogy 12V/24V IP67 50A DC-DC Battery Charger with MPPT is a compact, fully sealed dual-input charger that keeps a house battery topped up from both the vehicle alternator and solar panels. Its boost and buck logic lets it work across 12V and 24V setups, so a 12V source can charge either a 12V or a 24V house battery, which makes it a flexible choice for vans, RVs, and other mobile power builds.

When sunlight is available the charger favors solar input and switches over to alternator power automatically when needed, delivering up to 50A and 720W of output without manual intervention. It works with both smart and traditional alternators, can send a trickle charge back to the starter battery, and supports AGM, gel, flooded, lithium, and user-defined battery profiles.

The slim sheet-metal body is filled with potting compound for water resistance and carries an IP67 rating, so it can be mounted in tight or exposed spots. Built-in Bluetooth connects to the Renogy DC Home or Core app for live charging data and settings, and wired CAN communication is also available.
