The MotoTec 60v 2000w Pro (HP115E) is a serious electric dirt bike rather than a scaled-down toy, and MotoTec is explicit that it is not appropriate for riders under 13. Its 60v 2000w motor peaks at 3000w and pushes the bike to 40 mph on open ground, fed by a 60v 15.6ah lithium-ion pack that lifts out of the frame for charging or swapping. A full charge takes four to six hours and returns 10 to 18 miles of riding, with the spread coming down to rider weight, terrain and throttle habits.

Two variable knobs let the rider tune the bike to the conditions and to their own experience. One caps top speed, dialing it down as low as 7.5 mph for a newer rider or a tight yard, while the other sets throttle response anywhere from a sharp 0.2 seconds to a gentler 1 second. That makes the same machine usable for someone learning throttle control and for someone chasing lap times on a track.

The chassis backs up the power. Hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors sit at both ends, two hydraulic front shocks give 130mm of travel with another 40mm at the rear, and knobby pneumatic tires (60/100-14 front, 80/100-12 rear) put it down on dirt. A steel frame and rims, 10.4 inches of minimum ground clearance and a 40.7 inch wheelbase keep the bike stable over rough ground, and an IPX6 water rating means wet or muddy trails are not off limits. Key start, a padded single seat, a battery meter and a variable twist-grip throttle finish the package.

At 94 lbs with a 27 inch seat height and a 150 lb rider weight limit, this is a lightweight, agile bike suited to driveways, backyards, dirt trails and racetracks. It is built for recreational off-road riding only. A helmet and full safety gear should be worn on every ride.
