The Eunorau MAX-CARGO 2.0 is a long-tail cargo e-bike: an extended aluminum frame with a rear deck sized to carry two children or a load of parcels and food deliveries. Smaller 24-inch wheels on 2.4-inch Kenda tires keep the deck and the standover height low, which makes loading easier and the bike steadier once there is weight behind the rider. Total payload capacity is 440 lbs, Eunorau recommends it for riders 5'2" to 6'1", the saddle adjusts from 32.7 to 43.4 inches off the ground, and the stem is both adjustable and a quick-release folding type for storing the bike in a tight space. Child seats are not supplied with the bike.

A 48V 750W ENA rear hub motor rated at up to 70 N.m of torque moves the load, run through a 48V 28A controller, with top speed listed at 20 MPH. Gearing is a Shimano 7-speed derailleur with a 14-28T freewheel and a covered 48T chainring, which gives a genuinely low gear for pulling a loaded bike away from a stop or up a grade. Five levels of pedal assist and a half-twist throttle handle the power, and the CDC6 display shows speed, battery level and assist level.

The main battery is a removable 48V 14Ah pack built on Samsung cells, with a 15Ah or 17Ah second battery available. Eunorau rates range at 80+ miles running both packs, a figure that comes down with heavy loads, hills and stop-start city use, and a US-standard 2.0A smart charger is included. Braking is hydraulic disc with 180mm rotors and a motor cutoff switch in both levers, backed by an integrated rear brake light that comes on whenever either lever is pulled, which matters on a bike that may be carrying several hundred pounds. The bike weighs 85 lbs empty, so getting it onto a rack or into a truck is a two-person job, and assembly tools come in the box.

The motor's 750W nominal rating is exactly the ceiling U.S. federal law uses in its definition of a low-speed electric bicycle. States apply their own classifications, speed limits, helmet requirements and path access rules on top of that federal definition, so how this bike is treated comes down to where you ride it. Check your state and local e-bike law, along with the posted rules for the specific roads, bike paths and trails you plan to use.

All e-bikes comes with a peace of mind

How powerful is the motor, and what rules apply to it?
The max-cargo 2.0 uses a 48v 750w ena rear hub motor rated at up to 70 n.m of torque, with a top speed of 20 mph. 750w is exactly the ceiling u.s. federal law uses to define a low-speed electric bicycle, and states apply their own classifications on top of that. check your local e-bike rules, including where throttle-equipped bikes may be ridden, before taking it on public roads, bike paths or trails.
How much can it carry, and can it take child seats?
Total payload capacity is 440 lbs, covering the rider plus cargo or passengers on the long-tail rear deck. the deck is built to take two children or a load of parcels and deliveries. child seats are not included with the bike and need to be bought separately.
What is the range, and can i add a second battery?
The standard pack is a removable 48v 14ah samsung-cell battery, with an optional 15ah or 17ah second battery. range is rated at 80+ miles running both batteries, and that figure drops with heavy loads, hills and frequent stops. a us-standard 2.0a smart charger is included.
What rider height does it fit, and how heavy is the bike?
Recommended rider height is 5'2" to 6'1", with the saddle adjustable from 32.7" to 43.4" off the ground and an adjustable stem for bar position. the bike weighs 85 lbs before any cargo, so lifting it onto a rack or into a truck is a two-person job. the stem is a quick-release folding type, which helps when storing the bike in a tight space.
What tires and brakes does it have?
It rolls on 24" x 2.4" kenda tires on 24" black alloy rims, a size that keeps the cargo deck low while still rolling well on pavement and bike paths. braking is hydraulic disc with 180mm rotors and a motor cutoff switch in the levers, and an integrated brake light at the rear lights up when you pull either lever. those brakes matter on a bike that can be carrying several hundred pounds.
What gearing and assist levels does it have, and is there a warranty?
The drivetrain is a shimano 7-speed derailleur with a 14-28t freewheel and a 48t chainring with a cover, and the motor offers five levels of pedal assist plus a half-twist throttle. the cdc6 display shows speed, battery level and assist level. the bike is covered by a 2-year warranty and ships with assembly tools in a box measuring roughly 176 x 30 x 85 cm.
