Replacement outer tires for HappyRun e-bikes, built from a nylon and rubber composite with a wire mesh ply and an extra 3mm puncture-resistant layer underneath the tread. That construction is what lets a heavy e-bike run through gravel and debris without picking up flats every other ride.

The tread uses a close-spaced pattern that keeps rolling resistance down while still holding grip on wet pavement and loose trail. Using motorcycle tire technology and high-density rubber, each tire carries up to 265 lbs (120 kg).

Fat tires suit mountain, snow and sand as well as pavement. Sizes run from the 20 x 4 in fat tires on the G50 through G100 to the 70/100-17 and 70/100-19 dirt bike sizes. Pick the option that matches your exact model before ordering, since parts are not shared across the whole HappyRun range. If you are not sure which version you have, send Adventure Motion support a photo of the original part and we will confirm it.

This part carries a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship, in line with HappyRun's published coverage for tires.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from abuse, neglect, misuse or accidents, damage caused by stunt riding or jumping, water ingress, or any self-modification. To start a claim, contact Adventure Motion support with your order number and photos of the issue.
