Himiway fits KMC chains treated with the company's EPT rust-resistant plating, and this listing covers replacements in the exact speed and link count each model uses. Options run from a 100-link 7/8-speed chain for the B3 up to a 136-link version for the D5 2.0, with 9-speed chains for the D5 Pro, A7 Pro, Rhino and both Rambler drivetrains, and a 130-link 10-speed chain for the Cobra Pro and D7 Pro.

A chain is a wear item and the one most worth staying ahead of, because a stretched chain cuts into the cassette teeth and chainring and turns a simple swap into a full drivetrain job. Chains of the same speed count can be used across different models, and a difference of one or two links makes no practical difference to normal riding, so matching the speed matters more than matching the length exactly. The EPT plating helps the links shrug off moisture, which is useful if you ride near the coast or through winter.

This part is covered against defects in materials and workmanship on arrival. Himiway does not publish a separate warranty term for replacement parts bought on their own, so contact Adventure Motion support with your order number and photos if something arrives faulty or fails early, and we will confirm coverage and handle the claim.

Wear items such as tires, inner tubes, brake pads and brake rotors are consumables and are not covered beyond transit damage. Damage from crashes, incorrect fitting, modification or use outside the part's rated limits is also excluded.

Can i use a chain listed for a different model?
Yes, provided the speed count is the same. himiway states that chains of the same speed are cross-compatible between models.

When a chain checker shows it has stretched past its limit, or when shifting turns vague and the chain starts skipping under power.
