Product Description

The MotoTec 49cc Gas Mini Chopper takes the long, low chopper silhouette and shrinks it to kid scale. A 49cc air-cooled two-stroke, EPA approved, sits in a rigid steel frame and turns the rear wheel through a centrifugal clutch, so there are no gears, just a twist-grip throttle and a pull starter.

The chopper stance comes from a deliberately mismatched wheel pair: a tall, narrow 12.5-2.25 tire up front and a short, fat 110/50-6.5 at the rear, both pneumatic street treads. Seat height is only 15 inches, so the rider sits well down inside the bike, and the 46-inch overall length gives it the stretched-fork look. A single rear disc handles braking.

The 1.25-liter tank runs unleaded mixed with two-stroke oil at 32:1 and is good for roughly 20 miles per fill. MotoTec rates the chopper for riders 13 and up with a 150 lb weight limit.
