For one year from the date of purchase, Naturnest will replace defective parts at their discretion and at no cost to the customer. Replacement parts are provided, but installation is the customer's responsibility. This warranty applies only to purchases made directly from Naturnest or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. It does not cover UV damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, natural events, aesthetic changes that do not affect functionality, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
