The Arteflame 20" Two-Piece Flat-Top Kit converts a Weber Kettle charcoal grill into a combination flat-top and open-flame searing station. The kit includes two pieces: an outer griddle ring for sautéing, smashing, and frying, and a center grill grate for direct-flame searing. Both are precision laser-cut from premium U.S. carbon steel and fit together securely inside the kettle.

Because carbon steel absorbs and distributes heat evenly, the griddle surface stays consistent for eggs, vegetables, smash burgers, and pancakes, while the center grate delivers direct char for steaks and other flame-seared foods — all while keeping the charcoal flavor a kettle grill is known for. The raw steel finish seasons over time into a natural, low-stick patina, similar to well-used cast iron.

The kit is designed for quick drop-in installation and removal in Weber Kettle charcoal grills. Different Weber models have different cooking diameters, so it's worth confirming inner cook-area clearance before first use. It does not cover normal weathering of CORTEN steel (which is expected and part of its design), damage from negligence, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or damage from accidents.
