The Triad Fountain in its large commercial sizing is built for big ponds and lake-sized water, the kind of installation where a display has to read clearly from a distance. Two motor choices are offered, 2 hp and 3 hp, both running on 230 V, and each ships with the same set of three brass nozzles so one unit can deliver three separate looks.

The Rosewood nozzle builds a wide multi-tiered spray, the Gusher drives a single tall vertical jet, and the Skyward pairs a central column with a broad, soft outer curtain of water. Changing nozzles is a hand operation that needs no tools. With the 2 hp motor the Rosewood reaches roughly 35 feet high and 45 feet across, the Gusher climbs to about 40 feet, and the Skyward covers about 45 by 60 feet. The 3 hp motor pushes those figures to roughly 45 by 55 feet for the Rosewood, about 50 feet for the Gusher, and about 50 by 70 feet for the Skyward.

Beyond the visual effect, the fountain works the water. Lifting and aerating 130 to 135 GPM on the 2 hp motor, or 170 to 175 GPM on the 3 hp, it keeps the pond circulating and raises dissolved oxygen. The motor is an oil-free stainless-steel submersible unit designed for continuous 24-hour duty, with nothing to lubricate and no control box to install on the bank. Fresh water and salt water are both approved, and 3-phase and 50 Hz builds are available alongside the standard single-phase 60 Hz version.

Cold weather needs no special preparation: cut the power, leave the fountain in the water, and energize it again in spring. The circuit must be GFCI protected, and power should be off whenever anyone is swimming. Units are manufactured in Holland, Michigan.
