The Renogy Monitoring Screen for Smart Lithium Battery Series is a compact wall-mounted display that shows what is happening inside a Renogy smart lithium iron phosphate battery bank. Rather than relying on a shunt, it reads data straight from the batteries' built-in battery management system, giving accurate readings with very little setup.

Once connected with the included RJ45 communication cable, the backlit LCD shows voltage, current, capacity, estimated remaining time, and warning codes. Page up and page down buttons let you move through the information without any configuration or calibration, and nine clear warning codes make it easier to spot abnormal conditions before they become a problem.

The screen can also place the battery or battery bank into shelf mode to conserve power during periods of non-use. It is designed specifically for the Renogy Smart Lithium Battery Series and is not compatible with other brands of lithium batteries.

Does this monitor work with non-renogy lithium batteries?
No. it is designed only for the renogy smart lithium battery series, such as the 48v 50ah, 12v 100ah with self-heating, and 12v 100ah smart batteries.
Does the display stay on all the time?
No. the screen turns off automatically after about 15 to 25 seconds without any button presses.
How can i tell when the battery is fully charged?
The battery level segments light up one after another while charging until the battery is full. with a parallel battery bank, the level shown is the average charge of the batteries in the bank.
Do i need a shunt to use this screen?
No. it gets its information directly from the battery's bms through the rj45 communication cable.
How is the screen mounted?
It is a wall-mount unit and uses m2.9 x 13 self-tapping screws.
