The Renogy Solar Panel to Charge Controller Adaptor Kit is a pair of cables that carries power from your solar panels down to the charge controller. One end of each cable has a solar connector that locks onto the panel's leads, and the other end is stripped bare so it can be clamped straight into the controller's terminals.

It is a basic but necessary piece of an off-grid solar installation, whether the panels sit on an RV roof, a cabin, or a ground rack some distance away. The kit comes in several lengths and in 10AWG or 12AWG gauge, so you can pick enough reach for your layout and a wire size suited to your system's current; Renogy positions it for systems in roughly the 100W to 400W range.

The black jacket is made to resist sunlight and stay flexible through extreme heat and cold, and the tinned copper conductors inside hold up well outdoors. Male and female connectors on the pair snap together securely with the panel's own cables for a weatherproof connection.
