Product Description

The MotoTec 105cc mini bike revives the classic minibike layout with modern parts. Its 105cc Lifan overhead-valve four-stroke makes 3.5 HP and runs on straight gasoline, so there is no fuel to mix, and an automatic centrifugal clutch means the rider simply twists the grip and goes.

The frame is heavy steel and the fenders use a no-dent design, a combination that copes with being dropped and ridden hard. Drive is by #35 chain with 75 links, braking is a mechanical rear disc, and 14.5x7-6 tubeless off-road tires on steel rims carry the bike across dirt, gravel and grass. Top speed is 23 mph and the weight limit is 185 lbs.

Ergonomics adjust where it matters. The handlebars slide forward and back to suit different arm lengths, and the seat is a large padded unit rather than a thin pad, sitting 24 inches up over a 36.5-inch wheelbase. Setup is minimal: bolt on the handlebars, add fuel and ride.

Normal wear items such as tires, tubes, brake pads, chains and batteries are not covered, and neither is damage from racing, jumping, collisions, improper assembly, modification, or riding beyond the rated limits.
