The controller uses a positive-ground design for broad compatibility with off-grid electrical systems and can be expanded to run a second identical panel if more charging capacity is needed later.

The kit includes a 15-foot cable that runs from the charge controller to the battery, along with a 5A in-line fuse and alligator clamps that snap onto battery terminals in seconds. The clamps carry no voltage or current until they're properly connected, which keeps the setup safe to handle.
