The ACOPOWER F1000 Dual Input Alternator and Solar DC to DC Charger lets you top off your portable power station or house battery bank from two sources at once: your vehicle's alternator and a rooftop solar panel. Wired directly to your car battery, it captures power while you drive and can combine that with solar input for a combined charging rate of up to 1kW, meaning roughly an hour on the road can put close to 1kWh back into your battery.

Built for RVs, SUVs, trucks, boats, and overland vehicles, the F1000 is compatible with a wide range of alternator types and is designed to work with the majority of vehicles on the road. A built-in vibration sensor starts charging automatically once the vehicle is moving and stops when it's parked, and the aluminum housing with a fan-assisted heatsink is designed to keep the unit running cool and quiet during use.

The charger is available in two power configurations built around the same core design, so you can size it to your electrical system's needs. It comes with the charger unit, input and output cables, a protective case, and a short-circuit protection box.
