The Arteflame Classic 40" Fire Pit with Cooktop pairs a half-inch solid carbon-steel flat-top with the same seamless CORTEN "weathering" steel bowl used in the standalone fire pit, giving you a full 1,250+ sq. in. cooking surface built around a live central fire. The center sears hot while the outer ring stays cooler, so a whole meal can be finished and served together.

It's offered in the same three configurations as the standalone fire pit: Short Round base, Short Euro base, or No Base for built-in installations, and the cooktop lifts off entirely when you'd rather use it as an open fire bowl. Fuel-wise it runs on wood or lump charcoal and can be converted to gas if desired.

The CORTEN bowl is designed to weather naturally outdoors, developing a protective patina over time, while the carbon-steel cooktop just needs an occasional scrape and light oiling to maintain its low-stick patina.

Arteflame grills and accessories carry a limited warranty against manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship, running from the date of purchase (warranty term varies by product — the CORTEN steel fire bowl typically carries a longer structural warranty than accessories; consult the product listing for specifics). The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover normal weathering of CORTEN steel (which is expected and part of its design), damage from negligence, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or damage from accidents.
