The Arteflame Grill Wok Holder adapts an Arteflame grill for wok cooking, letting you sear and stir-fry at the high heat a wok needs. It's made from a single piece of stainless steel and is designed to hold woks up to 18 inches in diameter.

To use it, attach an Arteflame grill grate riser (sold separately) and set the Wok Holder on top — that combination positions the wok at the right height over the fire for hot, fast cooking. Arteflame recommends a high-heat-tolerant oil such as peanut oil, which also adds flavor well suited to many Asian dishes.

Because it works exclusively with the optional grill grate riser, that riser should be purchased alongside the Wok Holder if you don't already own one.

Arteflame grills and accessories carry a limited warranty against manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship, running from the date of purchase (warranty term varies by product — the CORTEN steel fire bowl typically carries a longer structural warranty than accessories; consult the product listing for specifics). The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover normal weathering of CORTEN steel (which is expected and part of its design), damage from negligence, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or damage from accidents. To file a warranty claim, contact Adventure Motion customer support with your order details.
