The BougeRV Arch 200W is a flexible fiberglass solar panel built for curved and irregular surfaces such as RV roofs, boat decks, van conversions, and Jeep hardtops. Two layers of glass fiber sandwich the 10BB monocrystalline solar cell, so the panel resists cracking from flexing or impact far better than a rigid glass panel would, while still bending up to 270° to follow a curved roofline.

At only about 7 lbs and roughly 2mm thick, the panel is easy to carry, position, and mount without adding meaningful weight to a vehicle roof. The 10BB cell design delivers around 23% conversion efficiency, helping it recover more usable power per square foot even in tight installation spaces.

Built for harsh outdoor conditions, the panel carries an IP68 waterproof rating and is built to withstand high wind loads (2400 Pa) and heavy snow loads (5400 Pa), with corrosion-resistant aluminum backing to help it hold up season after season. It is available as a single panel or in multi-panel bundles for larger off-grid systems.
