The BougeRV Sunflow 40A MPPT Solar Charge Controller regulates power between solar panels and a battery bank for RV, off-grid, or home solar systems that don't need the full 60A capacity. It's rated for up to 99.5% tracking efficiency and 99% peak conversion efficiency, which keeps more of the solar array's output usable rather than lost to conversion losses.

Charging current is adjustable from 0-40A, and dual MOS circuits add a layer of safety by managing current flow more precisely than a single-circuit design. It's compatible with LiFePO4 batteries and connects to BougeRV's app over Bluetooth within about 32 feet, so settings and charge status can be checked from a phone.

Like the 60A version, it includes automatic protections against overcharging, overheating, short circuits, overcurrent, and reverse polarity, plus low-temperature cutoff to protect lithium batteries below freezing.
