The Himiway C3 is a cargo e-bike built around 20 x 3.0 wheels and a 6061 aluminum frame, designed for the jobs a car usually does badly: the short grocery run, the school trip, the delivery round, the gear haul to the trailhead. Small wheels and a long, low rear end put the load close to the ground, so the bike stays stable when it is carrying weight and still fits through gaps and into a bike room.

A 750W brushless geared hub motor with 86Nm of torque does the pulling. That is enough to start from rest on a grade with a full rack, and a torque sensor means assistance builds with pedal pressure rather than arriving all at once - important when you are balancing a loaded bike at low speed. A thumb throttle is fitted for setting off and manoeuvring, and the brake levers cut motor power the moment you pull them. A Himiway C2 LCD display shows speed, distance and battery level and includes a USB charging port.

A Samsung/LG 48V 20Ah battery - 960Wh - gives Himiway's quoted 60 to 80 mile range, and the C3 can be run as a dual-battery bike, which Himiway rates at up to 150 miles. The battery management system monitors for over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuit and temperature faults and shuts the pack down if it detects a problem. A TRAMA coil suspension fork with 60mm of travel takes the edge off kerbs and rough tarmac, and Tektro HD-E3520 hydraulic disc brakes on 180mm rotors stop the bike reliably when it is loaded.

The details are what make a cargo bike usable day to day: a double-leg kickstand that holds the bike upright while you load it, a 48V high-output headlight, a frame-integrated taillight that brightens automatically under braking, and a 440 lb total capacity. A Shimano Altus M310 7-speed drivetrain with a 14-28T freewheel covers the gear range, the bike weighs 80 lb with the battery, and the fit range runs from 5'2" to 6'3".

Wear-and-tear items are handled differently: tires, inner tubes, brake pads and brake rotors are replaced free only for transit damage reported within 14 days of delivery, and carry no further defect coverage. Damage from crashes, modification, improper assembly or riding beyond the bike's rated limits is not covered.

Contact Adventure Motion support with your order number and photos of the issue to start a claim and we will handle it from there.

How much can the c3 carry?
Total capacity is 440 lb, covering rider, passenger and cargo together. keep heavy items low and centred over the rear axle, and allow extra stopping distance when the bike is fully loaded.
What range should i expect?
Himiway rates the 960wh battery at 60 to 80 miles. running the bike as a dual-battery setup is rated at up to 150 miles. carrying heavy loads, climbing and cold weather all reduce the figure.
Does it have a throttle, and is it street legal?
Yes - a thumb throttle is fitted alongside pedal assist, making it a class 2 pedal e-bike that is street-legal in most u.s. jurisdictions. bike-path and trail rules vary locally, so check yours.
Who does it fit?
Himiway lists a rider height range of 5'2" to 6'3". the upright cargo geometry and the 20-inch wheels make it easy to get a foot down at a stop, which matters when the bike is loaded.
How does it handle differently from a normal e-bike?
It is longer and heavier, so it steers more slowly and takes longer to stop, especially with weight on board. give yourself a few trips with a light load to learn how it feels before carrying a full one, and use the double-leg stand rather than a side stand when loading.
What keeps the battery safe?
A battery management system continuously watches for over-charging, over-discharging, over-current, short circuits and temperature problems, and shuts the pack down if something is outside limits.
