This replacement controller is built for the Cycleboard Rover. The controller manages how power moves from the battery to the motor, so a faulty one shows up as cut-outs, weak acceleration, or a vehicle that will not drive at all.

Its aluminum alloy housing is fully potted inside, meaning the electronics are sealed in a protective compound that keeps out water and absorbs vibration from rough terrain. The unit mounts against the chassis, which works as an extra heat sink and helps keep the controller from overheating on long climbs or hot days.

Damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
