The DITON S300 is the highest-output machine in the AKEZ range, built around a 60V 3000W brushless hub motor fed by a 60A high-current controller. Power on that scale puts it well past what a pedal-assist bicycle is designed to do: the manufacturer rates it at 70 km/h (roughly 43 mph) and describes it as sitting between a fat-tire electric bike and a lightweight electric motorcycle. It is a recreational off-road machine for trails, fire roads, dirt tracks and private property, not a road bike.

The chassis is a 20-inch aluminum alloy soft-tail frame finished in three layers of automotive-grade paint, with a full aluminum hydraulic inverted fork up front and an adjustable DNM air shock at the rear. That pairing is what makes the power usable; the air shock can be dialed in firmer for faster trail running or softer for comfort, and it keeps the 20 x 4.5-inch Chaoyang fat tires planted over gravel, sand, snow and broken ground. Double-layer snow-pattern rims and a sealed NECO headset carry the loads that come with repeated high-speed off-road use.

Stopping and gearing are matched to the output. SIMAERS hydraulic disc brakes work at both wheels, and a Shimano 7-speed drivetrain turning a heavy-duty electric-vehicle chainring gives the rider a real pedal gear range for low-speed maneuvering and for extending a ride once the throttle is off. The S300 can be ridden on throttle alone or with pedal assist, so the pedals are a genuine part of the drivetrain rather than a cosmetic detail.

A 60V 25Ah lithium pack built from EVE 21700 cells sits in an integrated housing and lifts out for charging off the bike or for security. The manufacturer quotes 40-50 km (25-31 miles) per charge, with the usual caveat that sustained high-speed running draws the pack down much faster than relaxed riding. The styling is deliberately loud: a stretched moped silhouette, long bench seat sized for a passenger, iridescent skull graphic on the battery housing, racing decals on the fork, and a single round LED headlight.

Styling Details

  • Iridescent skull graphic on the integrated battery housing
  • Racing-style decals and PRO FORK branding on the front fork
  • Extended moped bench seat with room for a passenger
  • Low, stretched frame geometry over 4.5-inch fat tires
  • Round LED headlight integrated into the front end

How fast is the diton s300?
Akez rates it at 70 km/h, which is roughly 43 mph. that is well above the 28 mph ceiling that applies to pedal-assist electric bicycles in the united states, so it is sold here for off-road and private-property riding.
Is 3000w too much power for an electric bike?
It is a high-performance output. akez positions the s300 closer to a light electric motorcycle than to a standard pedal-assist e-bike, and it should be ridden with that in mind.
What range should i expect?
Akez quotes 40-50 km (25-31 miles) per charge. range on a bike this powerful is very sensitive to how much throttle you use, so sustained high-speed riding will land at the low end of that window and relaxed trail riding at the high end.
Can the battery be removed for charging?
Yes. the 60v 25ah pack sits in an integrated housing and lifts out, so it can be charged indoors and taken off the bike when parked.
Does it have working pedals and gears?
Yes. it runs a shimano 7-speed drivetrain on a heavy-duty chainring, and can be ridden on throttle alone or with pedal assist.
What terrain is it suited to?
The 20 x 4.5-inch fat tires, dnm air shock and hydraulic inverted fork are built for dirt trails, fire roads, gravel, sand and snow. fat tires act as a second layer of suspension over broken ground.
