The Dock Truss Mount is a stainless steel bracket that holds a dock-mounted AquaSweep or De-Icer on a metal dock or a comparable metal frame. Its main advantage is the attachment method, which is non-destructive: the mount grips the existing structure rather than requiring holes to be drilled into it, so an aluminum or steel dock keeps its integrity and its finish.

Stainless steel construction suits the mount to permanent waterside service, and it is rated for both fresh and salt water. Installing it replaces the standard Dock Plate rather than supplementing it, so this is an either-or choice made on the basis of how your dock is built.

Match the mount to the structure. Metal docks and metal truss framing are what this one is for. A dock standing on round metal posts takes the Dock Post Bracket instead, and a dock with a flat surface that can be fastened through takes the standard Dock Plate. In every case the AquaSweep or De-Icer is purchased separately.
