North America's Longest Range

The Flex Overland features a UL-certified battery (48V, 15 A.h) capable of over 120 km on the lowest pedal assist setting and up to 50 km on the highest. For extended range, a dual battery setup offers approximately 220 km per charge, totaling 1560Wh. These batteries, either LG or Panasonic Li-Ion cells, come with a protective BMS to prevent overcharging and overloading, enhancing their lifespan. Additionally, they are designed to perform efficiently in cold temperatures.

Convertible to Snowbike and Trike

The Flex Overland offers additional versatility by transforming into two other products using the same platform. With modular components, it can easily be converted into the Flex SnowBike for lightweight, portable winter travel, and the Flex Trike, meeting the demand for a 3-wheel electric bike.

Foldable Frame

The Flex is created with a sturdy, lightweight, foldable, and unisex hydro-formed aluminum alloy frame that can accommodate riders ranging in height from 4'11" to 6'5". It can handle up to 400 pounds of load and has a step-thru design that makes it simple for the rider to get on and off. The frame is particularly built to reduce any vibrations and noise from the drive-system, with the appropriate wheelbase for a fast and comfortable ride on both paved and dirt terrain.

High Load Capacity

Designed in British Columbia, the Envo Flex Overland caters to North American riders' cargo mobility needs with its robust high-torque assist system, ensuring reliable performance on steep inclines. The bike comfortably accommodates two passengers, offering ample space for a second rider on its spacious rack. Additionally, it can be fitted with two child seats, allowing your children to join in on the adventure.

Street-Legal & Off-Roading

Owning an Envo Flex Overland opens the door to endless adventures! Its powerful motor and long-range battery, especially with the dual battery option, enable exploration of uncharted territories. The bike blends off-road thrills and urban riding ease by limiting power to 500W and speed to 32km/h for city use, while unleashing up to 1000W and 45km/h for off-road adventures. This ensures a thrilling yet worry-free experience, both during the journey and on the return.

Powerful Geared Motor Hub

The ENVO FLEX Overland features a sealed, maintenance-free geared hub motor that boasts 1000W of power and 80 Nm of torque. Efficiently built, these motors are lighter than most in Canada yet provide exceptional torque and efficiency. Designed for longevity, they can travel over 20,000 km without needing maintenance.

E-Assist System

The ENVO Flex is equipped with an advanced pedal-assist sensor and enhanced torque emulation software. The innovative torque-emulating Pedal Assist Sensor (PAS) prompts the controller to switch the motor between 5 levels of pedal assist, offering a boost to your pedaling based on the degree of assistance you pick while riding. The ENVO Flex has an on-demand thumb throttle that provides an extra boost by activating the motor according to the twist, regardless of whether you are pedaling, to provide a completely electric ride if you are unable to pedal or want an instant acceleration or uphill push.

Hydraulic Disk Brake

Top-tier Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with electronic cut-off sensors increase the safety of both the bike and the rider. When you apply the brakes, the electronic sensor cuts off all power to the motor, allowing the bike to brake faster and stop in a shorter distance rather than allowing two opposing forces to act in opposite directions.

REAR CARRIER RACK

ENVO Flex comes with a specially designed cargo rear rack with rating of 150 lbs weight and capable of fitting two child seats or one adult.
