A replacement Himiway handlebar, listed by model so that width, sweep and clamp diameter all match what the bike was designed around. Widths run from 540mm on the C1 up to 780mm on the Zebra, D5, D5 Pro, Cobra, Cobra Pro and D7 Pro, with sweep angles from a mild 6 degrees on the B3 through to the 38-degree swept-back bar on the Rambler.

Clamp diameter is the detail that decides whether a bar will physically mount: every model except the C1, A3 and B3 uses a 31.8mm clamp, the C1 uses 22.2mm, the B3 uses 25.4mm and the A3 uses 29.6mm. If you are moving to a taller or wider bar than the original, it is worth having a mechanic confirm that the brake hoses and control cables still reach comfortably rather than being pulled tight.

Bar Clamp Diameter

  • All models except C1, A3 and B3: 31.8mm

This part is covered against defects in materials and workmanship on arrival. Himiway does not publish a separate warranty term for replacement parts bought on their own, so contact Adventure Motion support with your order number and photos if something arrives faulty or fails early, and we will confirm coverage and handle the claim.

Wear items such as tires, inner tubes, brake pads and brake rotors are consumables and are not covered beyond transit damage. Damage from crashes, incorrect fitting, modification or use outside the part's rated limits is also excluded.

Which handlebar fits my bike?
Select the option listed for your model. the clamp diameter has to match your stem: 31.8mm on everything except the c1 at 22.2mm, the b3 at 25.4mm and the a3 at 29.6mm.
Can i fit a bar from a different himiway model?
Only if the clamp diameter is the same as your stem's. width and sweep can change freely, but a mismatched clamp diameter will not mount.
Will my cables still reach if i go wider or taller?
Not necessarily. himiway advises having a professional check that hoses and cables are long enough before switching to a taller or wider bar.
Are grips and controls included?
This listing covers the handlebar. grips, levers and controls transfer across from your existing bar.
What tools are needed?
Allen keys for the stem faceplate and the controls, and the fasteners tightened to the correct torque. a bike shop can do the swap quickly if you would rather not.
