The Jackery Connector is the part that lets you run two matching power stations together instead of one. Jackery lists it for two units: the Explorer 2000 Plus and the HomePower 3600 Plus. Whenever one Explorer 2000 Plus is joined to another Explorer 2000 Plus, or one HomePower 3600 Plus to another HomePower 3600 Plus, this adapter is the required link between them. It is not a solar cable or a battery pack cable, and Jackery does not list it for any other model.

Pairing two units widens the output range available to you. Jackery publishes a parallel output power of 6000W for the Explorer 2000 Plus and 7200W for the HomePower 3600 Plus. On the electrical side, the Connector takes a 120V, 60Hz input at up to 30A, and provides two AC outputs: one at 120V/240V, 60Hz, 30A max, and a second at 240V, 60Hz, 30A max. That second 240V output is what makes a paired setup useful for larger appliances that a single unit cannot serve on its own.

One limitation is worth reading before you buy, because it decides whether pairing gets you what you expect. Jackery states that dual Explorer 2000 Plus units deliver 4000W output only with 220V appliances, and that for 120V loads only one 2000 Plus and its connected battery packs will supply power. In other words, the gain from pairing two 2000 Plus units shows up on higher-voltage appliances, not on your standard 120V outlets. The Connector itself is rated for cold work, with an operating range of -4F to 113F (-20C to 45C), and weighs about 1.66 kg (3.7 lb).

  • Jackery notes that dual 2000 Plus units deliver 4000W output only with 220V appliances
  • For 120V loads, only one 2000 Plus and its connected battery packs supply power
  • Jackery does not list the Connector for any model other than the Explorer 2000 Plus and HomePower 3600 Plus
