Product Description

The 60v Pro is where MotoTec's Pro line stops being a youth bike and starts being a genuine trail machine. A 2000 watt brushless rare-earth motor on a 60 volt system carries it to 40 mph, and the 60 volt 15.6 amp-hour lithium pack is good for around 25 miles at cruising speed on hard surfaces. The pack is designed for quick removal, so it can be pulled out and charged indoors rather than leaving the bike tethered to an outlet.

Braking and suspension are upgraded to match the speed. Both wheels run 180 mm hydraulic disc brakes instead of the cable-operated discs found lower in the range, and the front end uses two hydraulic shocks with 130 mm of travel over a 60/100-14 knobby tire, with 40 mm at the rear behind an 80/100-12. Steel frame and rims keep the structure tough, and the final drive runs a 19T/68T gear set on a 75-link T8F chain.

Two variable knobs handle tuning: one sets top speed, the other adjusts throttle response between 0.2 and 1 second. Standard equipment includes a battery meter, keyed ignition, a padded single-rider seat at 27 inches and a variable twist throttle. The bike measures 59 x 25 x 36 inches on a 40.7 inch wheelbase with 10.4 inches of clearance, weighs 94 lbs, and recharges in 4 to 6 hours with the supplied charger.

Warranty

MotoTec covers this unit with a 60-day parts-replacement warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. Contact Adventure Motion support with your order number and photos of the issue to start a claim.

Normal wear items such as tires, tubes, brake pads, chains and batteries are not covered, and neither is damage from racing, jumping, collisions, improper assembly, modification, or riding beyond the rated limits.
