AM120

The 30A power inlet box is the outdoor connection point between a generator cord and your transfer switch or electrical panel. Mounting one on an exterior wall means plugging the generator into a proper weatherproof inlet instead of running cords through a window or door during an outage.

It accepts a NEMA L14-30P plug and is rated for 30A at 125/250V AC, handling up to 7,500W of generator output. The enclosure is heavy-duty and weather resistant, built to keep rain, dust and debris away from the connections through years of outdoor exposure, and it is certified to UL 498 and CSA C22.2 No. 42-10.

Mounting is straightforward surface installation with standard wiring practice, but the box connects to your home's electrical system, so a licensed electrician should handle the wiring.
