The Renogy 48V 50Ah Smart Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery with Self-Heating from the Core Series is a 2.4kWh energy storage battery for cabins, homes, and larger RV systems that run on 48V. Moving to 48V makes it easier to power high-demand appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and ovens, and this battery is designed to provide dependable power for many years.

It uses LiFePO4 pouch cells, which are housed in a lightweight aluminum-polymer film instead of a rigid metal can, and it is rated for more than 6,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge. When temperatures fall below freezing, the battery heats itself so it can accept a charge safely, and a battery management system with auto-balancing keeps the cells protected and stable. The IP65-rated housing stands up to water and dust.

Capacity is easy to scale: up to eight batteries can be connected in parallel for as much as 19.2kWh of storage. This bundle option pairs one battery with a battery monitor so you can keep track of your system.
