The Renogy E.Flex 30W Portable Solar Panel is a pocket-sized charger for keeping phones, tablets, and other small electronics topped up when you are away from an outlet. Folded, it is roughly the footprint of a small laptop and weighs just over a pound, so it slips easily into a backpack for hiking, fishing, camping, or an emergency kit.

The panel uses a fully parallel cell layout to cut down on power losses, and its cells are rated at 22.4% efficiency or better. Two USB ports and a DC port let you charge devices directly from the sun, while six metal hanging holes and four included carabiners make it simple to hang or clip the panel wherever it catches the most light.
