The Renogy REGO 12V 60A DC-DC Battery Charger keeps both the house battery and the starter battery charged while a vehicle is on the move. It is built for RVs, vans, commercial vehicles, boats, and yachts that run a separate auxiliary battery bank off the alternator.

Its bidirectional design sends alternator power to the house batteries first, then automatically shifts to topping up the starter battery once the house bank is full. A 4-stage charging profile improves efficiency and helps extend battery life, and the charger works with most 12V alternators, including smart alternators, as well as AGM, sealed, flooded, gel, and lithium batteries. Anderson terminals cut installation time considerably, and built-in Bluetooth lets you check charging status and customize settings through the Renogy DC Home app. It can also be paired with Renogy ONE Core for real-time energy monitoring, and it is protected against overvoltage, overtemperature, and reverse polarity.
