The Renogy Rover 100 Amp MPPT Solar Charge Controller is the largest controller in the Rover lineup, built for off-grid cabins, workshops, and RV or home backup systems running big solar arrays. It recognizes 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V battery banks on its own and can take in up to 5,200W of solar on a 48V system, so one controller can manage a serious amount of panel capacity without extra hardware.

Its MPPT algorithm constantly hunts for the point where your panels produce the most power, squeezing more charge out of cloudy mornings and changing temperatures than a basic PWM controller would. If your system grows past 100A, a second Rover 100A can be wired in parallel for a combined 200A of charging. A built-in LCD and LED indicators show system status at a glance, and pairing it with a Renogy Bluetooth module lets you check and adjust settings from your phone through the DC Home app.

The controller works with AGM, sealed, gel, flooded, and lithium batteries, and it guards the whole system against reverse polarity, overcharging, over-discharging, overloads, short circuits, and reverse current.
