This is Himiway's own connected adult cycling helmet — a standard PC and EPS shell with lighting, audio and a microphone built into it, rather than a third-party smart helmet carried under the Himiway name. The electronics are what separate it from an ordinary lid: an 80-lumen headlight at the front, an automatic brake flash alert at the rear that fires when it detects you slowing, and Bluetooth 5.3 for phone audio and calls. Because sizing is by head circumference and not by bike, it works across the Himiway range.

Everything runs off a rechargeable 1000 mAh cell that refills in about three hours. Himiway rates it at up to 120 days of standby and 4 to 18 hours of music playback depending on whether the warning lights are running at the same time, so a commuter can realistically charge it weekly rather than nightly. A 42 dB microphone handles calls at road speed, and the brake flash means your deceleration is signalled to traffic behind without you lifting a hand off the bars.

The shell itself is conventional and light. Nineteen vents pull air through the helmet, total weight is 0.83 lb, and it is offered in black and white across two sizes covering 20 to 24.4 inches of head circumference. Certification covers CE, CPSC, IC, FCC and RoHS.

Wear items such as tires, inner tubes, brake pads and brake rotors are consumables and are not covered beyond transit damage. Damage from crashes, incorrect fitting, modification or use outside the part's rated limits is also excluded.
