This steel cabinet is an outdoor enclosure for the air compressor that drives a subsurface pond aeration system. The compressor has to sit on shore, where it is exposed to rain, snow, sun and whatever else lands on it, and the cabinet gives it a closed, weather-resistant housing instead. The shell measures 18 inches long, 11.5 inches wide and 11.5 inches tall.

Because a running compressor generates heat, the cabinet is ventilated rather than sealed. An exhaust fan is built into the housing and pulls warm air out, while louvered panels let cooler air draw in behind it, so the compressor is not left recirculating its own heat through a long run. The fan is supplied in either a 115-volt or a 230-volt version, chosen to match the supply at the install point.

Knockouts are provided in the body of the cabinet for the power cord and the airline, so both can pass through the wall without cutting new openings. The door locks, which matters on ponds sitting on open or shared property, and the finish is green so the enclosure reads as part of the landscaping rather than as equipment. These cabinets are built in Michigan.

No fixed warranty term is published for this item. It is covered against defects in materials and workmanship on arrival, so contact Adventure Motion support with your order number and photos if it arrives faulty or does not match what you ordered, and we will confirm coverage and handle the claim.

Normal wear and consumable service life are not covered, and neither is damage from installation outside the stated compatibility or operating conditions.

What size compressor fits inside?
The cabinet measures 18 inches long, 11.5 inches wide and 11.5 inches tall on the outside. no compressor compatibility list is published for it, so measure the footprint and height of your compressor against those figures before ordering. adventure motion support can help check it against a specific unit.
Should i order the 115-volt or the 230-volt fan?
Choose the version that matches the supply feeding the cabinet. the fan is built in, so its voltage is fixed by the variant you order and cannot be changed afterwards.
Does the cabinet need to be wired by an electrician?
The exhaust fan runs on line voltage and the cabinet sits outdoors next to water, so the supply, grounding and any gfci protection should be confirmed by a licensed electrician for your site.
Is a padlock included?
The cabinet is built to be locked, but the listing does not state that a lock ships with it. plan on supplying your own padlock unless adventure motion support confirms otherwise for your order.
Can it stay outdoors through the winter?
Yes. it is a weatherproof outdoor housing, intended to stay in place year-round with the compressor inside it.
Where is it manufactured?
In michigan.
