  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same day

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Some large or freight-shipped items may require an additional 1–3 days for processing depending on manufacturer or warehouse location.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Freight / Oversized Items: 5–10 business days depending on carrier and destination

Some items (e.g., kayaks, generators, large tents) ship via LTL freight.

Freight delivery includes:

  • Curbside or driveway delivery only

  • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window

  • A signature may be required

If you need liftgate service or special accommodations, contact us before delivery. Additional fees may apply depending on carrier policies.

9. Delivery Issues

9.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or lost:

  1. Verify your shipping address

  2. Check with neighbors or building management

We will open a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund if the item is confirmed lost.

9.2 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

10. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and item details

We will correct the issue by shipping the missing item or issuing a refund.

11. Return and Refund Information

Adventure Motion accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipping is free (covered by Adventure Motion) for eligible items

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product
