At Adventure Motion, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn't go as planned, we've made returns and refunds simple and fair.

Here's how it works:

Return Window:

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns after that time frame.

Eligibility:

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  
• Proof of purchase is required.
  
• Some items (custom, perishable, or personal-use products) are non-returnable.
  

How to Start a Return:

1. Contact us at support@adventuremotion.com or call +1 (224) 426-9939 within 1–2 days of receiving your order.
   
2. We’ll review your request and send return instructions with a prepaid shipping label.
   
3. Ship the item back within 7 days using a trackable courier service (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).
   

Shipping Costs:

Return and exchange shipping is covered by Adventure Motion.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
  
• Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
  
• A 25% restocking fee may apply for “change of mind” returns.
  

Exchanges:

We’ll replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect at no cost to you.
